Decent gear, standard shipping

I ordered a pair of joggers and a moisture-wicking tee. The quality of the fabric felt pretty good, no complaints there, and they fit true to size. Shipping was standard, took about a week to arrive. My only minor issue was the color of the joggers; it looked a little different online than in person. Not a dealbreaker, but something to note. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking. Overall, a positive experience and I'd consider another purchase.

Reliable activewear, consistent quality

This was my third order from Phase 1 Activewear. I've bought their athletic shorts, a quarter-zip pullover, and now some compression tops. Every time, the items have been consistent in quality and fit. The compression tops are exactly what I needed for my workouts. Shipping usually takes about 5-7 days to reach me in California, which is predictable. They've been reliable for me, always delivering what I expect. I keep coming back because their basics hold up well and don't cost a fortune. It's good to have a brand I can count on for gym gear.

Good first buy, fair price

I grabbed a couple of their performance t-shirts during a clearance event. The 15% off for signing up to their newsletter stacked with the sale which was a nice surprise. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Florida. Overall, felt like a solid deal for gym shirts I'll actually use. I'd buy from them again for value.

Hey, thinking about ordering a couple of t-shirts and maybe some shorts. What's the deal with sizing? Is it true to size or should I size up/down for a more athletic fit?

G Greg Whitfield 2 months ago
Their shirts are pretty true to size for an athletic fit imo. If you like it super baggy though, maybe go up one. For shorts, I just got my usual size and they were perfect.

Yeah, mostly TTS. I'm usually a large and their large fits well, not too tight or too loose. Their size chart is pretty accurate if you wanna measure.

Thinking of grabbing some gear for my workouts, how does their stuff hold up compared to Gymshark? Is it pretty similar quality-wise or better/worse?

J James 2 months ago
I'd say it's pretty comparable honestly. I have a few Gymshark pieces and some Phase 1 tops, the Phase 1 stuff is definitely solid, good for lifting. Maybe a bit thicker on some fabrics but in a good way.

For the price point, I think it's a really strong contender. Not quite as 'fashion-y' as some Gymshark drops but the actual workout performance is right there.
